Guidelines for the completion of the farmer’s profile

• Form must be signed by the extension officer
• A fee of EC$10 must be paid at the Ministry of Agriculture, Government Headquarters together with the submission of the form
• Upon payment of fee, the form along with receipt must be brought to the Division of Agriculture, Botanic Gardens where the farmers’ card will be processed.
• Forms can be collected at the Agricultural Information & Communications Technology Unit (AICTU), the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry or from the regional extension offices
