How can I apply for a duty free vehicle for my agri-business?

To be awarded duty free consession on motor vehicles the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. You must be a bonifide agricultural producer and recommended by your Extension Officer for award of such consessions.

2. Vehicles granted concession under this facility must be used in pursuit of farming.

3. No fare paying passengers should be transported.

4. Duty to be paid pro rata if sold before 5 years.

5. Vehicles must be insured at market value and not at concessionary value
